Heat treatment increases the quality of your demanding tools.

Reliability and cost-effectiveness are the most important criteria determining the quality of a tool. Both the steel grade and, in particular, special upgrading treatment can offer your demanding tools optimised wear resistance which, in turn, provides longer operational cycles.

Our hardening and tempering plant complete with furnaces and quenching vessels up to 8 m in length has been designed for all necessary heat treatment operations. We also have a vacuum hardening plant to take care of special requirements.

  • Horizontal furnaces measuring up to 1,200 mm Ø x 1,500 mm and a vertical furnace measuring approximately 1,000 mm Ø x 1,800 mm with a maximum charge weight of 2,500 kg are available. The maximum quenching pressure is 13 bars
  • Nitrocarburising is also possible up to a size of 1,000 x 1,000 x 1,500 mm with a maximum charging weight of 3,500 kg

Contract hardening of the highest quality is performed for our demanding customers in both the hardening and tempering plant and the vacuum hardening plant.
