Range of products

We manufacture seamless rings and flanges, a defined range of forged discs and shaped parts, bars and stepped shafts either as specialised one-offs or produced in quantity at Kaiserau.

Our main manufacturing activity is the production of seamless rings with an outside diameter of up to 3,000 mm and a maximum height of approximately 600 mm with variable weights of up to approx. 1,500 kg. Depending on the material and geometry of the shaped part or ring, additional options are possible.

We make the most of our specialist knowledge of materials technology and creative use of state-of-the-art forming technologies to manufacture demanding, customised special products.

The manufacturing process and all inspections are thoroughly planned and carried out on the basis of your specifications and regulations. All items can be traced and are documented in detail.

A consistent quality assurance system is rigidly applied by dedicated, fully trained employees.
